How our Affiliate Membership Program works
- Our Affiliate Members introduce customers to our furniture subscription packages. Each Affiliate Member is a “direct seller”, and BharatOne Services and Affiliates Private Limited is the “direct selling entity”, under the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
- Becoming an Affiliate Member is free. We never charge a joining fee and Affiliate Members never have to buy anything.
- Affiliate Members earn nothing for recruiting other members. Commission is paid only on customers' furniture-subscription instalments that we have actually received.
- Every payment goes to the company, which issues a GST invoice for it. Affiliate Members must never collect money from customers.
Compensation plan (version 1)
When a customer's subscription starts, the Affiliate Member who made the sale receives a one-time sale bonus of ₹500.00. For every monthly instalment the customer pays, commission is shared as follows:

No commission is paid on cancelled, refunded or disputed sales. The company may change the plan with prior notice to Affiliate Members.
Complaints
We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours, complete an initial assessment within 7 working days and resolve it within 15 working days (30 for complex cases). You can appeal a resolution within 30 days.

We use personal data only to provide our products, manage the affiliate membership (direct selling) relationship, pay commission and meet legal obligations (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
